LEARN MORE ABOUT CLUB WOMEN'S ULTIMATE FRISBEE

The Syracuse University Club Womxn's Ultimate Frisbee team is open to all Syracuse University and SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) women and nonbinary players, regardless of experience. The team typically has around 15-20 members, but it has been growing in recent years! Ultimate is a great way to get active while having fun, and the team strives to find a balance between community and competition, with emphasis on both attitude and improvement. As a self-regulated sport, a major part of ultimate frisbee is the spirit of the game, and the Syracuse University Club Womxn's team finds that spirit both on and off the field.

Competing in both National Ultimate and USA Ultimate events, the team travels for 1-2 tournaments in the fall and 3-4 in the spring, which take place over weekends. Because the team competes in both the fall and spring, practices occur throughout the fall, winter and spring seasons, and practice is typically scheduled twice a week (four hours total). Dues are usually around $20, plus some additional costs on tournament weekends. Outside of normal practices, the team also organizes additional scrimmages and team bonding activities. For any questions or if you would like more information, email foxforcecaptains@gmail.com or message the team on Instagram at @foxforcesevenultimate.
