David Attardi’s Syracuse hockey career is defined by determination and perseverance, earning a roster spot after initially being cut and going on to become a key contributor. A versatile forward and co-captain, he transitioned to center during his senior year and became a reliable playmaker, averaging a point per game and excelling as a setup man. His leadership and work ethic made him an integral part of the team.

Following Syracuse, Attardi built a successful career in finance, working for over three decades with leading hedge funds and asset management firms. Later in life, he rediscovered his passion for hockey through coaching and competitive play, remaining active in the sport. He continues to support the Syracuse hockey community and contribute to preserving its history.
