Jamie Stasko was a dependable center and respected leader for Syracuse University Men’s Hockey from 1996 to 2001. Serving as assistant captain and later team captain, he played a key role in guiding the program through a period of growth, helping lead the team to playoff appearances in his final seasons. Known for his consistency, leadership, and team-first mentality, Stasko helped lay the groundwork for future success.

Following graduation, Stasko pursued a career in healthcare, earning a master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies and specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine. He currently practices as a Physician Assistant, applying the discipline and teamwork he developed through hockey to his medical career. He remains a strong supporter of the Syracuse hockey community and its history.
