Mike Pace was a skilled and physical forward for Syracuse University Men’s Hockey from 1987 to 1990, serving as team captain during his senior season. A natural athlete, Pace played a key role on one of the program’s most productive scoring lines and helped lead the team to the 1989–1990 league and playoff championships. His combination of toughness, energy, and offensive ability made him a central figure in the team’s success.

After Syracuse, Pace continued his involvement in hockey as both a player and coach, while also building a successful entrepreneurial career. He founded businesses focused on landscaping and ice rink installation, as well as a company specializing in synthetic ice products. His leadership philosophy—centered on teamwork, accountability, and treating teammates like family—has guided his success both on and off the ice.
