Fred Robinson was a standout forward and early leader for Syracuse University Men’s Hockey, joining the program in its infancy and quickly establishing himself as a top offensive threat. A high-scoring player, he led the Finger Lakes Collegiate Hockey League in scoring during his senior season and was known for his toughness and competitive edge. He also served as team captain and Secretary-Treasurer, contributing to both the team’s performance and organization.

Following graduation, Robinson built a successful career as an arborist, founding his own consulting firm and becoming a respected leader in his field. A three-time national sailing champion, he continued to channel his competitive spirit into athletics while remaining a strong supporter of Syracuse hockey. His contributions on and off the ice have left a lasting impact on the program.
