Syracuse Club Sports

Justin Armstrong was a steady defensive presence and team leader for Syracuse University Men’s Hockey from 1995 to 1999, serving as team captain his senior year. A key contributor during a transitional period, he helped lead the team to four consecutive playoff semifinal appearances while also advocating for improvements to the program, including the development of a dedicated rink.

After graduation, Armstrong briefly served as an assistant coach before beginning a career in finance and operations. He currently works in financial planning and analysis while remaining active in youth sports as a coach and community leader. His efforts, both on and off the ice, helped lay the groundwork for the modern era of Syracuse hockey.
